Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By adding Nova Core to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Nova Core is an independent Discord RPG bot developed by SharifPoetra. Built with Node.js 22+, TypeScript, Sapphire v5, and MongoDB.

Core features:

RPG Core: EXP, levels, 3 classes (Warrior/Mage/Rogue) with unique passives
Battle Engine v2: turn-based combat, skills, cooldowns, buffs/debuffs
Dungeon: 100 floors with boss encounters every 10 floors
Activities: /hunt, /explore, /fish with drop tables
Crafting: /cook, /craft with recipes
Economy: /daily, /shop, /sell, stamina system
Commands: /start, /profile, /inventory, /droprate, /ping, /help

3. User Obligations

Do not use macros, self-bots, or exploits
Do not abuse bugs for unfair advantage — report via GitHub
Respect Discord Terms of Service and rate limits
No real-money trading of in-game items

4. Intellectual Property

Nova Core code is open-source under MIT License at github.com/SharifPoetra/nova. Game assets and balance data remain property of the developer.

5. Availability & Updates

As an actively developed independent project, Nova may receive updates, balance changes, or maintenance downtime. We strive for stability and will announce major changes on GitHub.

6. Data & Deletion

Game data is stored to provide RPG functionality. There is no automated deletion command. To delete your data, contact mohd.syarif at discord.gg/ZEFrfj5 with your User ID.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nova is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer is not liable for loss of progress, interruptions, or damages arising from use.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these Terms or Discord policies.

9. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
